A complete revitalization of downtown corridor. Updates and improvements will include new sidewalks, landscaping, parking, improved accessibility with wheelchair ramps, bump-outs with outdoor seating, a pocket-park and complete rehaul of outdated buildings. This project isn’t just about aesthetics; it’s about impact. By creating a safe, vibrant, inclusive, and desirable neighborhood, it will support job growth, encourage entrepreneurs, and attract visitors. Large private investments have been made towards the project.
